Vithala Temple is located in Hampi, and it is the most impressive structure in Hampi. Vithala Temple is a rich heritage, rich culture. The main temple is located just behind the chariot and carvings. There are also several temples inside the courtyard, the temple is spread over a huge area.
3. Lotus Palace
Lotus Palace is the most iconic landmark in the town, and it is located in Hampi. Its structure looks like a lotus in bloom, this area is designated for the royal women of the Vijaynagar empire. It is a very awesome and attractive place in Hampi, every year many visitors come to visit Hampi.
4. Yantrodharaka Hanuman Temple
Yantrodharaka Temple is also known as the “Monkey Temple”, it is the birthplace of Hanuman, and it is 2 kilometre from Virupaksha Temple. This temple is 500 years old and dedicated to Lord Hanuman, it is located on the top of the hill. It has to climb 570 steps to reach the temple, and a temple is 5 minutes away from this temple which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
5. Hippie Island
Hippie Island is a small island and it is located across the Tungabhadra river. The last boat for the island leaves at 5:30 pm, Here also many cafes and restaurant near the island, and you can enjoy your food on the beautiful island.
